First, we would like to THANK YOU for purchasing from Furnished. But since you are in this page, you may be looking to return a product you have ordered. If you have any concerns with your purchase, please call us at 01698 285 973 (within store hours 9 AM - 4:30 PM) or click here. We will be happy to assist you.

If you have already made your decision to return your order for a refund here are some quick guidelines of our return and refund policy:

  1. You may cancel your order any time before shipment for whatever reason.
  2. You may return your order within 30 DAYS from the date of receipt of the product.
  3. Made-to-measure, cut-to-fit, altered or user-modified products and damaged products are not acceptable for return. If you received damaged goods, please send us photos of this so we can issue a refund or replacement immediately.
  4. You will need to pack the item in the same packaging and condition as you have received it otherwise, we will not accept your return.
  5. The return cost will be shouldered by us. Please send us a message to request a prepaid return label.
  6. You are responsible for dropping off the parcel at a parcel shop indicated by your return label.

Please allow 3 business days after delivery for us to inspect your returned item before your refund is issued. If the 3 days have elapsed without getting a refund, please contact us for an update so we can immediately check and look for your returned item.
