First, we would like to THANK YOU for purchasing from Furnished. But since you are on this page, you may be looking to return a product you have ordered. If you have any concerns with your purchase, please call us at 01698 285 973 (within store hours 9 AM - 4:30 PM) or click here. We will be happy to assist you.

If you have already made your decision to return your order for a refund, here are some quick guidelines for our return and refund policy:

  1. You may cancel your order any time before shipment for whatever reason.
  2. You may return your order within 30 DAYS from the date of receipt of the product by sending us a return request.
  3. You will need to pack the item in the same packaging and condition as you received it; otherwise, we will not accept your return.
  4. The return cost will be shouldered by us except for Change of Mind and Customer Order Error, in which cases will be deducted from the refund (£5 for blinds up to 120cm wide, £7 for blinds over 120cm)
  5. Please send us an email to request a prepaid return label
  6. You are responsible for dropping off the parcel at a parcel shop indicated by your return label.
  7. Return costs for customers who do not use the provided label will NOT be refunded. We encourage you to only use our provided labels.

Please allow 3 business days after delivery for us to inspect your returned item before your refund is issued. If the 3 days have elapsed without getting a refund, please contact us for an update so we can immediately check and look for your returned item.
